Processing of your personal data

When you use our various services, we collect your personal data. Leab is therefore the data controller for your personal data and processes such data in accordance with this privacy policy. The policy explains and clarifies your rights in relation to Leab in terms of the processing of your personal data and how you can exercise your rights.

- Legal obligation: Leab saves any data that constitutes accounting information in accordance with the applicable accounting rules.
- Consent: Where we process your personal data with your consent, we only save your personal data as long as we have your consent to do so.
Transfer of personal data
Information about our stakeholders is an important part of Leab’s business and we do not sell the information to any other party. We only transfer the information in accordance with our policy as outlined below. We always exercise the utmost caution when transferring your personal data. Your personal data will never be forwarded unless we have support to do so from this privacy policy and the appropriate security measures have been taken.
- Partners outside the group to which Leab belongs: Our partners, i.e. companies outside the group to which Leab belongs and which are approved by Leab, may have access to your personal data in order to give you access to customised information and offers.
